At ĒLYSCE, we are committed to delivering the utmost quality to our valued customers. Recognizing that circumstances may arise where a return is necessary, we take pride in offering an exemplary return policy, extending for a duration of 30 days.


Our 30-day return policy allows you to return your purchased product within 30 days of receiving it, and we are pleased to offer a refund or replacement. To qualify for a return, the item must remain in the pristine condition in which you received it - unopened, unworn, or unused, complete with tags and in its original packaging.

Should these criteria not be met, and the product arrives in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange. We strongly advise against sending items directly to the manufacturer, as this may entail bearing the full cost of returns to our collaborating merchants. Please ensure that you utilize a proper tracking number for your parcel. Our company cannot assume responsibility for parcels that go missing en-route to us without a valid tracking number.

Products not eligible for returns are the following:

  • Any opened product (Essential Oil)
  • Purchased through retailers
  • Items in poor condition
  • Incorrect items purchased
  • Items damaged through customer mishandling

DAMAGED GOODS POLICY

If your item got damaged while still in transit, we advise you to send us an email with proof (attached pictures/videos) to hello@elysce.com. Sending the proof of damage in a form of video/ picture is required so we can assess the damage on the product and so we can come up with available options for you.

REFUND POLICY

Please expect an email from us stating the condition of your returned item including the status of your refund once we receive and inspect your item. Once your refund request has been approved and processed, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment. Please note that the processing time will differ depending on your payment merchant. However, in most cases it only takes a couple of days. Our 30 Days Refund Policy extends to cover the purchases done via this method.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

In the event that your refund has not been processed within a week, we recommend that you kindly review your bank account and also get in touch with your credit card company. It's important to note that the refund process may require a few additional processing days.

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we are committed to resolving any refund-related concerns promptly and effectively.

CANCELLATIONS

If you happen to change your mind after making a purchase and wish to cancel it, we are more than happy to provide you with an unconditional refund, provided that you cancel your order within 24 hours of completing your purchase. However, please be aware that we can no longer accept cancellations beyond this specified time frame.

If you miss the 24-hour cancellation window, we kindly ask that you allow the item to be delivered to you before initiating a return.

Please note that items placed on sale are not eligible for a refund. Our refund policy applies exclusively to regular-priced items.
